They view travel as a force for building awareness and fostering development through the appreciation of the value of the cultural heritage, as well as the cultivation of travel literacy and the adoption of a sustainable travel in today’s mobile world. Moreover, in this module, they illustrate the active role of travel and heritage communication and journalism in the facilitation of the common heritage principle, travel literacy and sustainability.
